John Oliver interviews just-retired NSA Chief Keith Alexander

In response to the NSA argument that "to get the needle, you need the haystack" Oliver said:
"People's concerns, I think, are that you're not just taking the haystack, you're taking the whole farm and the county and the state and you've now got some photos of the farmer's wife in the shower, as well."
Later:
Alexander: I've not seen that.
Oliver: That's what you haven't seen. As Director of the NSA, you haven't seen Pinterest.
Alexander: That's right.
Oliver: So that's where terrorists could have been hiding all these years!
