Section of nine-month-old Chinese bridge collapses

A 330-foot-span of the 9.6 mile Yangmingtan Bridge over the Songhua River in Harbin, China collapsed, falling 100 feet and taking with it four trucks. Three died, five were injured.
     Why does this interest AKSARBENT?
Because Harbin, China is where PolarLand threw an elaborate wedding for two of its gay penguins as a "reward" for exemplary parenting after the zoo stopped them from constantly trying to steal eggs from straight penguin couples by giving them a rare twin from a mother who was having trouble coping with two offspring.
